Once your order is placed you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to follow your parcel to its destination. If your package says it was delivered but you can't find it please contact your local post office. We suggest you open a claim with USPS if you suspect the item was not delivered, stolen or is otherwise missing. If you need help with the delivery of your items contact us at Sarabella4400@gmail.com.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Returns are only authorized for unused, defective items. If your item has a defect or breaks for whatever reason, please contact us and we will help you process the return. Sarabella items are meticulously hand made in small batches to maintain quality. Small variances in color texture and size are normal. No two pieces of jewelry are alike, that’s how unique each piece is.
